Due to changes in law, Funeral Plans are to be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority from July 2022.  Although we previously advised on Funeral Plans and have been totally independent, which means that as there are numerous funeral plan companies on the market, we have recommended the best plan for you, rather than being tied to offer you just one company.  We have completed the research and from the details given to us, we have informed you of which company can offer you the best price and package.

Unfortunately Will Creation is not regulated with The Financial Conduct Authority and we have no intention of being regulated with the FCA due to the cost and the time consuming regulation.  So, from July 2022 can no longer advice on Funeral Plans.  We have made the decision to not advise on Funeral Plans from July 2021.
